Return Policy
Returns will be accepted ONLY if the screen is defective on arrival. We will NOT accept returns on LCDs that have been damaged during assembly by the buyer. QC/QA inspections are performed on all of our returns to determine where the damage occurred. It is required that all LCDs are tested BEFORE ANY assembly process and notified to us if any issues are found. We will NOT accept any returns on LCDs that have been assembled and disassembled and are not returned in original condition.
ALL units will be inspected for our Signature marking and stemped on the unite in oder to provide a refund.
