Shipping Policy
All orders will have a (1) business day handling time.

Items paid after 9 AM (Mon-Fri) may still go out the same day. Items paid for on Fridays after 9 AM Central time or on a weekend/holiday will generally be shipped out on the following business day.
We also will ship large/heavy items via Freight when applicable.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico.

International Shipping
All orders will have a (1) business day handling time.

We use eBays Global Shipping Program for all international shipments.
International Buyers are 100% responsible for a return shipment.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.

You can return the product for a full refund or exchange the product for another one if it is available. Please ship returns in the original packaging. We sell multiple units of the same model. The unit that is advertised may not be the exact one that you will receive. If you would like, contact us and we can send photos of the exact unit you will receive.
