This is an iconic slatted-oak bench, Model 400, designed by Harry Bertoia and produced by Knoll. It is an early piece, and dates to circa 1952. The bench was constructed using solid oak wood for the slats, and has a base of black welded steel. The piece is unmarked, but we guarantee it to be an authentic Knoll production.

This bench measures 19 inches deep, 72 inches wide, and 15.25 inches tall. This came from an estate in Philadelphia. It has some wear and patina to the top, and the base shows some scuffs and scratches. Overall, this bench is in good condition with some signs of age. Please see photos.

If you win the item, we can discuss shipping options, prices, etc. and we will make sure that it is as inexpensive for you as possible. We work with a shipper locally who takes great care in their work and has been complemented often on their packing and shipping quality.
