1. ARC/eARC: Firstly, please ensure that your monitor supports ARC/eARC functionality. Secondly, use an HDMI cable to plug the plug into the HDMI ARC/eARC port on the monitor. Insert the HDMI output on the other side of the switch. (Kind reminder: 3.5mm audio does not support ARC/eARC function)
2. When the switch is working, you should operate it correctly. If you find that the switch is not working, we suggest that you unplug the power and then plug it back in.
3. When the switch is turned on, by default, the input indicator light will light up at startup when the HDMI power is disconnected.
