We will ship to commercial locations as well as residential.  It is far cheaper to ship to a commercial location with a dock and forklift. (ASK A FRIEND OR A FAMILY MEMBER IF YOU DONT HAVE ONE)  If not possible, accomadations can be arranged but may incur a higher shipping fee. Just ask for a quote! Otherwise pickup is more than welcome in Wilmington, Delaware.
