This entire item is in like brand new condition and everything is in either Near Mint to mint condition. This was either played once, which I cannot remember doing so, or this has also NEVER been played. The booklet has NEVER been opened. This is also the GUN Records 1999 Ltd Edt Digipak pressing that makes this a VINTAGE item! This, back, in the day, did come with a sticker - this I did take and stuck it somewhere so this does not come with the sticker - sorry! Nevertheless, this is still in awesome condition and it is housed in a protective plastic cover. Great pickup for the avid fan, collector or someone that is really after this edition. 

In Australia, you can get this sent as a large letter, cheaper postage rate, BUT, it does NOT have tracking. So if this is lost or stolen, then it is all on you and there's nothing that can be done (personally do not recommend this option as this is a signed copy but that is your call). As long as you are happy with this, then all good on our side, otherwise select $10.60 for postage and this will be sent out with tracking; we will leave this option open for Australian buyers.

I have a full time job and do eBay casually so please be patient, the item will be posted as soon as I possibly can and I will make this a priority. Prices are determined by Australia Post, not us. 

I cannot take responsibility for postage damage or postage loss, you will have to take that up with Australia post, I will however do all I can to assist if I can should that should happen.

As I am a Private Seller not a Shop or a Retailer, there are no returns, No Refunds and No Warranty on these items; they are sold as is - unless item is not as described.

I do not refund because you buy a second hand item and expect a new one

I do not refund because you do not know how to use or operate this item

I do not pay return postage if I accept an item back unless I authorise it

All returns / refunds will be on a case by case basis

The Australian Consumer Law does not apply when you buy from a private seller. The seller may also have their own refunds and returns policy with additional rights.
