So, I wrote a book for athletes and leaders who wanted to access a new field of competition interested in free Pumsae.
This book is an easy-to-understand guide to free-pumsae that contains the know-how of free-pumsae experts. It is presented in an easy-to-understand manner of training for motion composition and technical training required for the creation of free-pumsae.
It explains in detail that leaders and athletes can easily understand and train the hand and foot movements of Taekwondo pumsae, and special skills required for free pumsae. In addition, efforts were made to improve the globalization of Taekwondo and the expertise of free pumsae by translating it into English so that it can be used in foreign countries. The limitations transmitted through photos are provided as videos using QR.
Free pumsae is a combination of pumsae and trial kicks, and it is a field that requires expertise in both the existing pumsae game and the demonstration area. Based on my experience working in taekwondo pumsae and demonstration areas such as national team players and representative demonstration teams, I published this book to lower the barriers to entry of free pumsae that athletes and leaders feel. I hope it will be of great help to beginners in free pumsae.
