The new aluminum Vigorelli is designed with contemporary use on the track in mind, and developed according to the needs and suggestions of the most experienced track riders. The aerodynamic seat tube and dedicated aluminum seat post are added to the very short (377 for all sizes) and ultra-reactive chainstays, on a frame just longer than the traditional one and with negative sloping to give the rider the most aggressive and aerodynamic position . Since we sell on different sales channels it is possible that an item is temporarily out of stock. If the order processing times are longer or the purchased item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to inform you of the expected timing or to cancel the order or manage it differently according to your requests. Products made to order (e.g. special bicycles) have production times of 2 to 4 weeks and cannot be returned or refunded in as items made to order and personalized according to the rules of the consumer code.
RETURNS: It is possible to return at your own expense only items complete with original packaging and instructions where present. The full cost refund is only possible for unused items, without marks, scratches or alterations attributable to use and must be in a condition that can be sold again as new. In case of damage, wear or missing components of the returned material, the value of the refund will be reduced at the seller's discretion.
CANCELLATIONS: Given the new EBAY rules, we cannot accept the cancellation of the order under any circumstances if it has already been shipped. We therefore ask you to consider this condition when placing an order.
For valuable items, the goods are insured. In case of damage to goods during transport, the damage will be recognized only in case of actual responsibility of the courier. In case of damage, conditional acceptance of the package and sending of images of the damaged package by the customer is mandatory. In no case will complaints for damaged packages be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
For the transport of bulky items, e.g. bicycles will not be recognized as damage, small scratches (up to 2 cm) unless there is documented damage to the packaging.
ATTENTION: All items on sale are same as picture and description, please double check description for all specs. All items are available to be shipped usually in 2/8 days. If an item is no longer available you will be contacted by our customer service to delete the order or find another option. For international orders if a customer deletes or refuses an order shipped will be charged for shipping cost and we will refund only the item value.
