Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
If any part supplied by TSN proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned to us to exchange. If no exchange is available a refund will be given. When buying an engine, the term "engine" refers to the cylinder head/block and the components that make these up (i.e pistons, camshafts etc) and does not include ancillaries unless stated otherwise. Engines will be sold as photographed (if removed from vehicle). The engines are all drained of oil so we recommend a new oil filter and cambelt before fitting. Gaskets & oil seals are not covered. This guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour charges or from any fault arising from the fitting of this part. This guarantee is void if any part supplied has been tampered with in any way i.e. seal broken, taken apart etc. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Goods once signed for, are to be returned at the customers expense.

We have every confidence in the used parts we provide for sale. Therefore, every part we sell comes complete with a 30 day warranty to cover you against mechanical breakdown and offer peace of mind.

In the event of failure a replacement part will be supplied. If a replacement part cannot be found in a reasonable amount of time the full purchase price will be refunded.
If you have ordered the wrong part, i.e. your part number is different, please return the item and requesting the correct part and we’ll do our best to get one out to you upon receiving the part. If the replacement part is unavailable we will refund your order and message to inform you. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong part.
Replacement or refund will only be given if the goods are returned in the same condition as supplied.
