Lovely vintage 1950s Wedgwood china part dinner service, white with red and gold decoration.   The service was purchased by my parents in the 1950s with pieces stamped 1952  to 1956.  Although well cared for the china has seen a fair bit of use having been used at Christmas for many years and thus shows signs of wear/ aging.

There are two tureens, 1 with a hairline crack and both have some interior staining but are bright on the outside.  The sauce boat has a hairline crack and comes with a saucer.

There are nine  9" lunch plates, three are in pretty bright condition and 6 show some discolouration and surface crazing.

There are six 10" dinner plates, 1 is chipped, 3 have some crazing and discolouration and 3 are fairly bright.

The service will look impressive decorating a formally laid dining table, even with its age related imperfections.
