This beautiful set includes a 10 1/4” dinner plate, 6 1/2” bread and butter plate, 7 3/4” rim soup bowl, 5 1/2” fruit/dessert bowl, 6” saucer and 2 1/4” footed cup. Manufactured between 1945 and 1949 in U.S. occupied Bavaria, Germany. The hard to identify pattern features a delicate burgundy floral border with gold trim on an ivory body. The cups are in the elegant Christine shape. In very good vintage condition, no chips, cracks or crazing. Shows very light utensil wear and gilt loss.
