Dept 56 National Lampoons Christmas Vacation Boss Shirley's House Platinum Key

Lightly displayed piece. Must have for any collector. Platinum key edition. Comes with original packaging and light. This piece is in good condition with no broken pieces. Small chip in snow at base of piece near the rear door.

Cardboard sleeve has two tear.

Cardboard sleeve has a partial sticker on the item.

Cardboard sleeve shows wear on corners.

Some plastic yellowing on light switch and plug. Plug is in good working order.

Some manufacturing imperfections found in paint. Behind porch columns of the gray paint wasnt used all the way up to the columns. Some debris caught in paint near front door and at base of building on left side. All shown in photos.
