The jersey is #21 Sammy Sosa micro mesh button-down jersey. Everything is sewn on in team colors. It is by Majestic in size 44. A white tag is featured inside the jersey with “CUBIN02” embroidered on it.

The cap is white with a blue bill and is adjustable. Embroidered on the front is the circular Cubs emblem in team colors. Also in blue script embroidery is his signature "Sammy Sosa" and #21 in blue. Also, in red is "1998 SEASON TO REMEMBER". Mint condition. 

Two collector enamel pins are included and show the back of his white jersey with SAMMY in red, the number "63" in royal blue and just below it "HOME RUNS" in blue. Below the jersey is "1st EVER NL HANK AARON AWARD" in white on a red background. The other pin has “66” in royal blue and just below it “HOME RUNS” in blue. Below the jersey is “1998 MVP”
