Vintage tie tack monogrammed with either an M or a W. The pin itself is 10k gold and marked with a B inside an octagon; maker unknown. The backing and chain, aka every other part of the piece, are some other base metal, possibly gold plated. As you can see in photos the plating is peeling off one part of the bar.
