Antique Bronze Salvage Ink Well Frame Victorian Leaf Motif Cast Metalware  Whimsical, swirling pattern around a face make this a lovely piece of art on its own. It could have been the frame to a double inkwell set that was perhaps mounted onto a marble base.  Dimensions: 11" x 5" X 1" Weight: 724 grams This piece came from a foundry in Richmond, California and is made of bronze. The foundry produced many things, and shuttered it's doors in the 1980's.  I am in the process of listing hundreds of these beautiful pieces.
