please note - this manifold does not have any ports for either idle air control valve or map sensor, if you require those you would need to make your own adjustments where needed, however they are originally on the Throttle body not inlet manifold.

This will bolt straight onto a K24 cylinder head, if you have a K20 head it would need slight modifications, you would need to cut the water kneck port side to fit.
