Original early-1900s cabinet photo (gelatin silver portrait on 7" x 5" mount) of the vaudeville actress Carrie Eckert, with her name and some other info on the back. Photographer's imprint in the lower-left corner is of Hall's Studio in New York City. 

Photo is in very good or better antique condition. The marks look like they were done in period pencil, probably editing to turn this photo into a headshot or theatre magazine article or something.
