***It has black marks mostly in circular shapes on the front of the bodice and skirt. I think they're water marks, I started noticing them when I was steaming so I didn't t steam the back of the dress Im not sure if dry cleaning would help or not.

There's also a a lot on the front with 3 tiny tears (please see all photos)
