Pre owned with minor wear, some light pilling, not really noticeable, in good condition .

Pictures don't do this dress justice,  it's very Glittery and pretty! Lined to cover the shirt and chest area of the top, with sheer sleeves.

Tag says Size Small. I typically can fit a women's Small and this dress did not fit me. Therefore I think it's Juniors sizing.
