Only magnetic phone cases can be used for wireless magnetic charging, and are NOT compatible with non-magnetic cases, such as the OtterBox Defender case.
Is it normal for the battery to heat up when charging?
When the portable charger is charging or discharging, some heat may be generated due to energy loss during transmission. This is a normal occurrence.
Is any power adapter able to charge the magsafe power bank?
For best results, use a power adapter with at least 12W output (not included).
