This is a very small Ladle stamped W & D on the back.  No other markings other than the engraving on the front of the handle.  I believe it is sterling over pewter given the weight of 26.1 grams.  It is about 5.5 inches long.  1-11/16" is the bowl width.  In very good condition overall.
