VTG 70s Designer Victor Costa Costa Silk Ruffled Black Beauty Evening Dress Sm.

Oh my she is a black beauty!! This lovely vintage 70s victor costa black silk midi length dress is perfect for the fall and winter season. Wear it to a formal evening event or a more casual event. Low scooped neckline which sits a bit low on the shoulders and has two layers of crystal pleated ruffles around the neckline. This lovely crystal pleating is also found along the bottom and the cuffs of the dress. Long sleeve tapered to the wrist with the ruffled cuff and a snap at the wrist. 19 inch zipper up the back Lots of tiny gathers around the waist resulting in a lovely full skirt, and one of the really awesome things about this dress is it has hidden side pockets on both sides. Vintage tag inside Victor Costa Limited and a small tag underneath professional dry clean only. No size label. Please go by the measurements given which are found in this listing under “about this item. “No stretch to this fabric but a bit of give on the diagonal but that’s it. It is in great vintage condition with no issues that I note. I notice it looks a bit brown or faded on the skirt in one of the photos but it is the lighting. The sun is shiny in the window. The fabric is a nice lightweight textured silk and it is unlined. The tag dates the dress to the 70s era. A really wonderful vintage true 70s designer dress by Victor Costa.
