Jaguar E Type 4.2 Roadster 1.5 

We have been consigned by our client to sell this lovely example of the Jaguar 4.2 Roadster, Series 1.5

The E-Type is a series 1.5, it's the last of the series 1, with the later headlamps and the 4.2 engine as apposed to the 3.8. It retains the same rear lights as the early cars. Many experts suggest it is the best compromise model. 1.5 Series are known to be much more desirable 

Superbly finished with bright red coachwork and complimented with chrome detail to chrome wire wheels all completed with a black roof making for a stunning looking  F Type Jaguar.

The interior is completed with black leather seats to black carpets and dash surround, detailed with chrome and completed with wood and alloy steering wheel. 

The Jaguar was imported from the USA In October 2003 And has had 2 Owners in the UK Since. 

The Jaguar is presented in very good condition both inside and out. The drive is good with a smooth Straight six up front a lovely gear change and stops as it should. All items work as they should and the Jaguar is very good mechanically. 

The condition is very good both inside and out. No signs of rust and very few cosmetics to show on close inspection. Not being a conquers, yet a very well presented E Type in very good condition. 

We have many receipts for works carried out to show the car has been well maintained and many items have been addressed when needed.

The Jaguar also comes with trophies for car shows won. Winning the Jaguar Club North American Concours D Elegance Best in it’s class and 3rd in it’s in class. Highlands park Ben Lomond best in it’s class 1994. De Lafayette Concourse De Elegance 1997. Silicon Valley Concours De Elegance Second in it’s class.
