VINTAGE CONTINENTAL DUTCH HAND PAINTED BIRD POLYCHROME CERAMIC TILE 5.5" DELFT?

Can't really find any info on this tile. I believe it to be old but I don't think it is antique. Please study the photos as they make up part of the description.

There are some marks on the back but you can't really make them out.

It is in good used condition but has some damage to the edges; see photos.

Measures approx. H: 5.5" x W: 5.5" x D: 0.5"
