Fits 26" wheel

Disc or rim Brake compatible.

Quick Release compatible

There are chips and marks here and there.

Adjustment knobs all seem to be moving. Lockout doesn't seem to work.

Going up and down smoothly.

I would recommend a service before use as I have no history for them, and we haven't inspected the internals. 

Selling as spares or repair as internal condition unknown.
