Item is in nice preowned condition and appears barely used (if at all considering the way the wire is positioned in the box) Can't say for sure, sharing an opinion. The box was tape sealed on both sides and opened it for testing. Features a 10 piece set with tested/working battery operated lamp post (see photos) and 4 posts/4 fences. The items may have some normal wear, tear, marks, paint loss and all due to use, age and storage. Comes in the original box plastic cover packaging. Box/packaging may have some normal wear, tear, marks, tape residue, corner tip denting, and creases due to age and storage. Requires 2 AA batteries and not included.
