Up for auction is a Vintage TEXACO NORTH DAKOTA toy tanker ship

Condition / Description: This rare collectable was a issued in 1961 (3 years before the first Hess Truck (A 14 wheel Mack tanker truck, not to be confused with the 1982 6 wheel tanker that was a copy of Leon Hess’ first company truck!))

This truck has a lot of detail and has a working propeller and movable rudder. The battery and motor compartments are clean. There are no scratches or dents on the hull. There may be some replacement parts on if, like masts, radar screen, and rudder; but all are made from molds of original parts and colors are accurate. I have had this near perfect item on display in my collection for at least 20 years and have forgotten which parts may have been replaced.   Included in the photo section are copies of the operating instructions. (booklet not included.)

Time has come for me to sell before I leave this planet and this cherished collectable is sold for cents on a dollar in an estate sale. Time for someone else to enjoy it.

Perhaps you have a collector in your family who would treasure this. It is not too early to shop for an upcoming birthday or next Christmas!

Tip: Better to bid minimum bid now and win than forget to bid later and miss it…. I cannot tell you how many items I have missed that went for opening bid because I forgot or was not home to bid on! Also, if you do not want to wait until near end of auction to see what this sells for, and you want to make sure you get it or want it now, you can make me and offer, or will sell for more than the minimum bid
