George Jones 27433 Gold Seaweed & Black Demitasse Cup & Saucer Circa 1891-1920
Pretty
porcelain bone china demitasse cup and saucer. Decorated with a black
border with gold gilt seaweed overlay. Gold gilding along the edge and
gold highlights to the handle. Marked on the bottom England GJ &
Sons Crescent China George Jones & Sons. This mark was used between
1891 and 1920. Also has the pattern number 27433.
Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
The cup measures approximately 3 1/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/4 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 4 5/8 inches wide.
This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
