Brand new in box as shown, all parts sealed that should be. However, whilst this is clearly brand new and unused, the main plate has some dots on it. It isnt damage or staining, just tiny dots in a patch, I assume they can be polished out but don't want to risk damaging the item, they are only visible up close and in certain light but they are there. They are virtually invisible to the naked eye and probably no one would ever even notice them. I assume a chrome cleaner would buff them out. On the main handle itself, there is a slight mark which I caused unfortunately when unwrapping to take the photo. It is still in excellent condition and surface only, no damage etc. Price reduced to take into account the defects, although as stated, I am hopeful the dots can be removed, I tried to show them in my pictures.
