Original Etching by Jean-Louis Forain for J.K. Huysmans "Croquis Parisiens"...a 1880 publication that was an all out assault on the senses that featured a fascination with contemporary life in Paris through a collection of vibrant impressionist works. This specific print was created in Paris in 1880 by Henri Vaton in a total edition of 545. Printed on Laid paper. Signed on the plate (not by hand). 

While the frame has some damage, the print is in very good condition. The frame measures 9 inches height by 11 inches width. The print measures 3 1/2 inches height by 5 3/4 inches width.
