- Items that have a different IMEI or Serial Number than the item that was originally sent
- Items that have ANY kind of software application that would prevent the device from being used in a typical fashion
3. Return Process:
- All returns are manually reviewed

- Please, be sure that all items are returned in the exact same condition as received
- False returns will be reported
- Do not attempt to clean the item. The item will be cleaned and sanitized up return.
4. Inspection and Refunds:
