Q1: Why can’t the data cable be used for fast charging?
A1: Our charging cable is compatible with most fast charging protocols, except for a few devices that do not support fast charging (for example, Xiaomi devices do not support turbo fast charging). Please confirm whether your device supports it before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service.
Q2: Why does this line not support video transmission?
A2: Our products only support charging and data transmission of mobile phones and laptops, but do not support video transmission. If you need video transmission, please purchase other products.
Q3: Why don’t Samsung mobile phones support fast charging?
A3: Only some models of Samsung mobile phones support fast charging. For example, Samsung S22 S21, S21+, S20, S10, S10+, A9S, S9, S9+, Note10, 9/8/7 support 9V/2A PD3.0 fast charging.
