Its turns on with a blue light but makes a popping noise and then turns off. Appears to accept charge.

Neither of the screens light up during this.

This came in a lot of consoles and had very clearly been opened by the previous owner so I also opened it to see if anything was a obviously missing and found that the volume button slider is broken off and missing as well as two of the ribbon cable board connections are damaged so the cables don't stay in place (See photos).

Could be more I'm missing but this is what I could see just from a quick glance.

I have included internal photos so please review them to see for yourself before purchasing.

As the console doesn't turn on I can't guarantee that the screens work or that it plays games. Could have liquid damage I really do not know so please only purchase if you understand and accept that the console could be just scrap.
