This is Jurassic Park Trespasser for PC. It's for Windows 95 but I gather people have managed to get it work on Windows 10 etc.

This is a new version. It was sealed, but I opened it because I heard something rattling around inside - turns out one disc is in a holder, the other is in a paper CD case, no idea why.
