I found this very nice Pinocchio book at my Mom's house, during her recent move. This must have been hers when she was young. It's in really pretty good condition for being 84 years old, and surviving kids looking at it. There is a tear on the spine that goes up from the bottom about 4 1/2 inches, and a little tear on the back page bottom that about an inch long. The pages look old and discolored, but the colors are vibrant and the pictures are like they are straight from the movie.
