Vtg Signed Mark Indursky Cut Steel Postmodern Clock 1995 Keith Haring Style READ

Sea serpent In good condition. The clock does not work. Not sure what is wrong with it. Mechanical box may need to be replaced. Still a great art piece. Stands about 10" tall by 12" long. Has some scratches. Red hand of clock is a little bent. Batteries not included.  Please view photos.
