This is an uncommon Walnut Cabinet with four drawers, Model 4606, designed by George Nelson for Herman Miller in 1946. This design was part of George Nelson's Basic Cabinet Series. The listed price includes the cabinet itself but does not include the bench it is photographed on. It features a construction of both solid walnut and walnut veneer, and retains its original cupcake pulls.

The cabinet measures 18.5 inches deep, 34 inches wide, and 24 inches high. There is obvious patina to the wood, and the top drawer is a little rough to open. There is some veneer wear on the bottom left side and the top, including a small veneer chip on the top right side. Overall, the cabinet is in good condition. This can be purchased as/is, or we can also provide full refinishing in the same natural finish or in a custom color/spec. Please reach out for a professional refinishing quote. Please see photos.

The buyer may pick up the furniture, have it shipped by our shipping partners (buyer will pay for full shipping cost, though will not have to arrange it), or discuss potential delivery within reason following the end of the auction. If you win the item, we can discuss shipping options, prices, etc. and we will make sure that it is as inexpensive for you as possible. We work with a shipper locally who takes great care in their work and has been complemented often on their packing and shipping quality.
