This is more or less brand new; never played, DVD NEVER handled; DVD has NEVER been removed from the centre clamp. This has literally sat in the collection from day one, honestly forget I had it. The only thing stopping this from being graded as MINT is that this has sat around for over a decade and a half and the very case has the most minor storage wear. This is the Spanish edition, 1 DVD version that says it runs for 90 minutes; not sure if that makes this a hard to get item or something special for the avid fan or collector but it is what it is! I picked this up from the local Metal store of the day and literally tucked it away in the collection so not too sure if the menu is in Spanish or English! Nevertheless, will make a great pickup and is priced accordingly and this is made more attractive as this was opened inside now for the very first time for pics on eBay.

Postage:

I have a full time job and do eBay casually so please be patient, the item will be posted as soon as I possibly can and I will make this a priority. Prices are determined by Australia Post, not us. In Australia, you can get this sent as a large letter, cheaper postage rate, BUT, it does NOT have tracking. So if this is lost or stolen, then it is all on you and there's nothing that can be done. As long as you are happy with this, then all good on our side, otherwise select $10.60 for postage and this will be sent out with tracking. 

I cannot take responsibility for postage damage or postage loss, you will have to take that up with Australia post, I will however do all I can to assist if I can should that should happen.

Pickups:

So sorry, I do not offer pickup on any items so please don't ask.

Refunds:

As I am a Private Seller not a Shop or a Retailer, there are no returns, No Refunds and No Warranty on these items; they are sold as is - unless item is not as described.

I do not refund because you buy a second hand item and expect a new one

I do not refund because you do not know how to use or operate this item

I do not pay return postage if I accept an item back unless I authorise it

All returns / refunds will be on a case by case basis

The Australian Consumer Law does not apply when you buy from a private seller. The seller may also have their own refunds and returns policy with additional rights.
