Unusual wind chimes, crafted with quality material that ensure a soothing melody is produced when the wind blows.

Maker's original label reads:      "This windchime has been carefully tuned to the 5 notes of the pentatonic 

scale. Exotic and beautiful this scale forms the bases of the Balinese Gamelan, a collection of native instruments known throughout the world for their soothing melodies and percussive rhythms   Made in Bali"


I do not know what the, black painted, wood is, but am guessing the metal is aluminium and the ball plastic.

Lovely, medium to low, beautiful calming sounding chime. 

I am guessing datewise, late 20th century [1990's?]
