Glass Metal Wavy Wall Hanging Art Picture 24 x 12 RARE Vintage ?

Unique wavy glass picture with metal wall hanging brackets on back side. I found this cool art while thrifting. I’m not sure who the artist is or the brand. I do not see any markings on it saying who it’s by. I’ve also done multiple google image searches on this piece and cannot find an exact match or anything that looks very close to similar. I’m not sure if it’s vintage or rare but it clearly seems hard to find one like this considering I’ve done numerous searches online for it at this point. The measurements are 24” inches long and 12” inches wide.
