WARRANTY
- BLUE SKY AUTO PTY LTD will give you a minimum 3 MONTHS OR 5000 KMS, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST REPLACEMENT WARRANTYon all engines, transmissions, a/c compressors, catalytic converters, alterantors, starter motors. This means if the part becomes faulty, we will supply you with another one or if we dont have a replacement, you will get a complete refund . This warranty does not include labour or freight.
- We will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage, loss of income due to the failure of any part sold.
- No responsibility whatsoever is accepted by the company for the fitment of incorrect parts, this onus is clearly with the fitter to ensure that the parts supplied are correct for that particular job.
- Engine warranty applies to the bare unit only, any accessory items supplied with the unit are for your convenience only and are not covered
- Warranty does not extend to consumables i.e. gaskets, filters, plugs etc., nor does it cover oil leaks. This is the responsibility of the fitter
- Engine warranties will become void if unit is overheated, ensure cooling is in good order.
- We recommend that you carry out replacement of timing belts and oil seals before installation. Failure to do so will void warranty.
Returns
1. We accept returns within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
2. We must be informed with reason for return before the goods are returned.
3. All return costs are to be paid by the purchaser/customer unless the goods were wrong item, damaged before it left our premisis , damaged in transit or proven to be faulty.
