TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*We cannot guarantee the condition/operation of any screens inside our spares repairs laptops we do not have time to test them, we can only give a quick visual assessment which is noted in the listing.
NO refunds will be given based on screens being cracked if it would not have been obvious from a quick visual assessment.
ALL ITEMS SOLD AS DESCRIBED/SEEN IN OUR PICTURES.
1) Machines are not checked/tested past powering up. We connect a compatible power supply and attempt to boot the unit into the BIOS, we are not implying a unit will always power up just because it did when we tried it.
2) We only undertake a brief external inspection of the unit. We are not liable for any damage or issues which would not be reasonably evident in a brief external inspection - While we do try and mention where a unit has suffered liquid ingress this is not always noticed or obvious during our visual inspection so it may not always be mentioned!
3) We cannot guarantee that internal parts are present and/or working (CPU, GPU, screws etc). Whilst we do not remove these parts, they are sold in the condition in which we received them.
4) Screws may have been left inside the machines, please check before powering your machine on as we will not be held responsible if the machine short circuits.
5) All Spares / Repairs Laptops listings are for the laptop only: no accessories [Chargers etc.] are supplied.
6) Hard drives have been removed prior to sale and caddies may not be included, we do not check.
7) Minor damage/cracks, stickers/ tape [or residue thereof], paint and pen markings may not be noted in this listing.
8) We would ask that if an item is delivered and the box looks damaged that it the delivery is either signed for under the name "damaged" if there is no facility for the courier to record it was damaged alongside the signature.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
All Payments must be made through the eBay checkout system via Paypal
We do not check for nor accept direct Paypal payments, we will not be liable for any delays incurred as a result of this not being followed.
Any requests for discounted/combined shipping must be agreed PRIOR to payment being made, we will send over an invoice with the discounted/combined shipping. We will not refund any extra postage paid if you pay before your invoices are combined (invoices are sent Monday - Friday).
DISPATCH:
Standard delivery charge for a laptop is £7.95.
If you purchase 4 or more laptops Each laptop is charged at £5 each, please message us via ebay messages for a combined invoice before paying. We will not refund you after the fact.
We print out all orders each morning between 07:00-08:00 [Monday-Friday] any orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day, if your order is marked as dispatched it is being dispatched that day.
PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT PERMIT COLLECTIONS IN PERSON OR BY OUTSIDE COURIER COMPANIES.
COLLECTIONS:
We do not allow collections in person or by courier.
