On March 5, 2022, at about 12:40, a Russian Air Force Su-34 (tail number Krasny-24, registration number RF-81879) was shot down by Ukrainian air defense over Chernigov in the Zabarovka area. One pilot, Alexander Krasnoyartsev, was captured, the second pilot died. Shot down Su-34: 51.5161, 31.2377. Found at the site of the plane crash with other parts (10th photo).
