This is an octagonal library table, in the style of the famed American cabinetmaker Duncan Phyfe.
It was made in 1905-1910, in eastern Canada.
It is walnut with beaded edging. Ribbed pedestal and four 15" legs with brass clawed feet.
Each side is 10 3/4". It is 26" across, 28" high and 2 1/2" thick.
There is an ink mark and a moisture ring; a cabinetmaker can polish these out.
The appraisal on this table is $5000
As
to delivery, I just put $500 just to have a figure entered. Location is
Vancouver's North Shore and you have to arrange for delivery, either by
a shipping company, or by having someone in the Seattle-Vancouver corridor pick it up.
