Up for sale is a high quality antique lidded German, Mettlach pottery beer stein.

It's sculpted out of thick pottery walls, has a glazed off-white finish, and is beautifully painted by hand with a stylized figural scene.

The stein has a nice hinged pewter lid which features a jesters head thumb piece.

This lovely stein is in great condition and measures 6 3/4 inches tall by 5 3/4 inches long.
