This cylinder is in "We think it's new" Very Good cosmetic condition, with only minor scuffs/scratches from handling (you have to look closely to see any blemishes). The box is heavily shelf- and travel-worn, and has lots of permanent marker writing all over.
Notes: We have not tested this cylinder. You will need to have it certified prior to use.
