Please be mindful that these mattresses require some time to fully expand and air out before achieving optimal comfort. We recommend avoiding leaving a mattress rolled and boxed for more than 7 days after receiving it to ensure the best sleeping experience.
It's essential to note that vacuum-packed mattresses do not include side supports. Consequently, we advise against prolonged sitting on the edge of the mattress to maintain its longevity and performance.

Your order from Jackson Philips is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations, giving you the right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us via eBay messages within 30 days of receiving your order.
For cancellations or returns, the cost of and responsibility for returning the mattress lies solely with you, the purchaser. Returning large, bulky products can be both challenging and costly, so we kindly request that you carefully check the mattress size before placing your order.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses that have been slept on, prioritising the health and safety of our customers.
In the rare event of receiving a faulty item or an item sent in error, please contact us. We reserve the right to arrange and cover the return, provide a refund, or send a replacement, depending on the circumstances, without affecting your statutory rights.
If, within the 30-day notice period, you find the item isn't suitable, you can return it. However, for eligibility, the item must be unused and still in its original plastic packaging.
