I start with my classic Sid Vicious design,adding a crown of thorns to the sterling silver model.After it's cast I add 14k rose gold blood drops and roses.Finishing him with rose gold eyes and and 2, .03 point diamonds.This item is offered w 2 variations. 1750 for 14k rose gold roses,blood drops,eyes, rose gold sleve inside with diamonds in eyes.All this added to a solid sterling base model skull ring.This item isn't negotiable. The other option is without the sleve inside. This reduces the price by 300$.
