Vintage white feathers fan with a black plastic handle. I believe the characters are from China. Some of the feathers are starting to get frayed which is expected with age. The feathers are placed such that one side curves in (concave) and the reverse side curves out (convex) slightly.
The entire length of the handle is about 7 1/4" long with a small hole near the tip for hanging it, if desired. The label is fully intact and both sides have the same characters, with plastic covering/protection over it. The feathers are pierced with a wire and held in place with it; all feathers are secure. It's a simple design, but nicely done, delicate, lightweight and sturdy with no indications of any repairs.

Overall height is just under 12"
A very nice fan for a costume or to just look at and use and enjoy.
