Very hard to find vintage, signed, Serafino Zani made in Italy modernist ZINI pot.Contemporary and elegantly designed, this high end cookware is made of the finest quality 18/10 stainless steel with a gloss finish. Practical and efficient, this patented piece boasts a special thermodiffuser bottom with an internal copper disc for even heat distribution and expert cooking. This cook's dream is a heavy and substantial piece, weighing over 2.3 pounds with lid and measuring approximately 13 1/2" long (including handle). The sauce pot measures 7 1/2” wide x 3 inches high.
